Mr. Raj Kumar
With more than 15 years experience in the IT field, Mr. Kumar has been instrumental in the development and implementation of several innovative solutions catering to the needs of a variety of businesses. During his eventful career he has worked in various reputed companies in roles ranging from software engineer to development manager. An organized thinker, he has crafted solutions for even the most complex of projects, including several for Fortune 100 clients. His innovative ideas have allowed him grow rapidly within a variety organizations. His expertise is in data centric business applications and he is actively involved in the technical and business aspects of RJN software. An alumnus of the famed PSG College of Technology, India, has a degree in electrical and electronics engineering. He subsequently completed his masters degree in computer science from Northeastern University in Boston USA .

Mrs. Jayashree Kumar is one of the directors at RJN Software. With over a decade of experience in the information technology field in the United States , Mrs. Kumar's range of expertise includes financial software and biotechnology solutions. She has done original work on web-based data management solutions for clinical trials in drug safety systems. She has system validation experience for compliance with the Federal Drug Administration’s strict Good Clinical Practices guidelines. An alumnus of the famed PSG College of Technology, India, she has a masters degree in computer science from Northeastern University , Boston USA .
